Designed right - Done right - that's it
AT Allpumps Southland we provide cost effective, practical and reliable dairy effluent systems, ranging from simple upgrades and extensions, to complete solutions that incorporate
advice,
design,
equipment supply,
project management,
installation,
and commissioning.
We specialise in the dairy effluent arena, it is our core business. With our team of dairy effluent specialists we can create effective, reliable, low maintenance systems tailored to individual farm needs.
What ever your needs, budget or challenge, we can provide you with the solution.
EXPERIENCE
We have wide experience in designing and installing the most appropriate configuration of pumps, hydrant line and irrigators for our clients. Every farm is different so an effluent system has to be individually tailored for each farm. With schemes ranging from 100 to 1000 + cow systems you can be assured we know what works.
Transporting dairy effluent efficiently is not easy. Who else has 18+ years experience and has an understanding of the industry that allows us to determine what solution is most suitable for each individual situation. Our approach is we will adapt to your needs and budget.
INSTALLATION
Along with the design and supply of effluent system components, our experienced team will install and commission systems and equipment.
Using modern equipment and experienced operators we are able to install equipment including the trenching and installation of pipes and hydants or work alongside experienced sub contractors to pull in the pipe (if required).
Effective utilisation of your effluent nutrients allows you to grow more grass and reduce your fertiliser bill.
Peace of mind - by engaging Allpumps with your system you can relax and know that your system will work as designed, wtihin the time frame allowed, how's that?
Effluent pumps & effluent management History
In the dairy industry the pumps required now are slightly different to the ones that were used 20 years ago. Back then we used small 3 or 4 hp slow speed units that transferred the liquids to a pond which eventually ended in the waterways or through small pot type sprayers that were shifted every day (if you remember?)
Over time large Yardmaster/Gillies type pumps pumped out to a stationary irrigator and then progressed to the travelling irrigator spreading over a small area of the farm. Now the modern Envirospread units go over most of the property putting on very low application rates (one such machine has been tested to 3.6mm application test).
Alongside this has come the K-line and Unipod options for low rate application; which are mainly a used on the larger ponds and on separated solids which generally have a different pumping system.
Here a surface mounted self priming centrifugal pump is used or a progressive cavity one.
As you can see the landscape or boundary’s have shifted or changed as we are becoming more Environmentally friendly and are looking after the paddocks better therefore are avoiding run off to waterways at all costs.
These pumps are very reliable and generally require larger kilowatts to pump longer distances as the impellor design allows for large amounts of solids to pass through.

The beauty of this pump is that it uses low kilowatt and slow speeds and is still able to produce very good heads- Very efficient pumps.
This system allows farmers to have a low application rate irrigation option without the blockage issues associated with smaller sprinklers.
It also provides the ability to irrigate paddocks that are not suitable for a travelling irrigator.
Simple to set up and move, making complete paddock coverage easier to achieve.
Hi-Tech stirrers effortlessly mix heavy waste even in very large effluent sumps making it the ideal product for feedpads and separators. Thorough mixing of effluent waste is essential to avoid blocking effluent lines and to ensure a homogenous mix is achieved in order to maximise the return of nutrients back to the pasture.
Are YOU looking for a low application travelling effluent irrigator???
The ENVIROSPREAD has been tested in the field to have an application rate of less than 4mm.
If YOU want to use a travelling irrigator then a low application rate is important isnt it???

ALLPUMPS Southland have been involved in the effluent disposal business going back to 1995.
Over many years we had seen travelling irrigator that did not perform very well, so hence developed our own brand - ENVIROSPREAD in about 1998.
And now the NEW MARK 11 version has seen many refinements over the years.
The latest development here is a self layering device for the wire rope. The benefits here are huge, not only is there no bunching in the middle it also prevents tangles, breakages and reduces the frustration of having to go back and untangle the mess, SAVES valuable time which can be used doing more profitable things.
Features:
• Large ATV type tyres for better floatation
• Huge coverage, boom length up to 14.5 metres
• New Fiberglass cover, over all working parts
• Application rates down to 4-5mm & up to 24mm
• Even spread booms for even application across the whole wetted width
• Four wheels for stability
• Cams offset for greater power and less stalling
• 325 metres of 5mm galvanized wire rope
• 76mm main stem less chance of bending
• 60mm galv arms - 3 gye ropes on long side
• 3 adjustable speeds
•Hot dip galvanized frame for long life
• Large teeth on winch drum for positive engagement
• Bolt on booms less likely to break than threaded
• Flexi nozzles allow solids to pass.
