These sytems are fitted with timers for accurate metered amounts. They can be varied at times like early in the season or at time of colder weather.

A 3 way valve with a pull cord dtermines which side is fed first. Each cow has her own individual nozzle.

Allpumps Southland Ltd can supply all your molasses feeding needs from the special molasses tank, the Quality roper pump, or a complete feeding system for both Herringbone and rotary dairies

We also supply and install the trays weather which are PVC for the herringbone sheds or the full Stainless Steel for both the herringbone and the rotary dairies.

Allpumps Southland have installed full molasses system as far up as Grey Town in the North Island.

PVC Troughs are an economic way to go and still very satisfactory, i.e. special fittings are used to stop the tubes getting pulled out.

Special manifold valving gives an even distribution through out the whole row.

Troughs are made of 315mm Culvert Pipe halved.

Optional galv pipe welded onto the edge.

Stainless Steel Troughs are easier to clean.

These troughs can be used at a later date to feed meal/palm kernel etc.

Less chance of damage and with a longer life span.
Fully Automated Systems
Fully Automated System
This is the ultimate Molasses Feed System.

When the micro switch on the bail, triggers automatically it dispenses a preset amount of Molasses to each individual cow via the Air/Electric Y Pattern solenoid Valve.

These timers can vary the amount as required.

Manual Systems

This system works off two ball valves at the pump, preset at a predetermined rate every time.

This may vary on temperature changes.

Silos

The Brock Silo one of the original manufacturers of Silos in The USA, they are quality from the top to the bottom. With them being fully galvanized they stand up to the rigors of the harshest conditions.

Many size of these are available with the 4 ring 16 Tonne version being the most popular choice.


Unloader Boots

These are made out of Red UV stable clear material. It allows for you to see through for any blockages and lets you know when you are empty (although this is leaving it a bit late).


Unloader heads

This uses the same very tough clear see through material for the body. Motors and gearboxes are brought in as complete integrated units right ready to go.


Control Panels

These Feed Buddy systems are designed to Advanced Feed Solutions specifications. These units come with options of meal/molasses and options for miss a bail sensors. The panel is easily adjusted through push button console.
